Delete your Keydoku online profile

Email support.keydoku@gmail.com with the subject “Delete Keydoku profile” and your Google Play Games player name. We may need to verify ownership.

This removes the shared profile information associated with your player identifier—including avatar, country flag, equipped key, collection count and update timestamp—and the associated Firebase sign-in account. Google Play Games leaderboard data is managed separately through Google Play Games or your Google Account.

Local progress stays on your device until you reset it, clear app storage or uninstall. Google may retain authentication security logs and backups according to its retention policies.

When available, you can also select “Delete online profile” within the game’s Profile screen. An internet connection is required.
