About this policy

HK Studio provides Keydoku. This policy explains the maintained Android game, its online ranking features, and support communications. Contact support.keydoku@gmail.com with privacy questions.

Delete your Keydoku online profile

Email support.keydoku@gmail.com with the subject ‘Delete Keydoku profile’ and your Google Play Games player name. We may need to verify ownership. You can request deletion without reinstalling the app. Deletion removes your shared avatar, selected country, equipped key, collection tier, update timestamp, and associated Firebase sign-in account. Google Play Games scores are managed separately through Google Play Games. Local progress stays on your device until you clear app storage or uninstall. Google may retain authentication security logs and backups according to its retention policies.

Progress stored on your device

Puzzle progress, settings, records, daily results, streaks, profile choices, collected keys, fragment balance, reward claims and pending score uploads are stored on your device. Regular puzzles can be played without a network connection. Full progress synchronization through Google Saved Games is not implemented. Android may back up app data according to your device and Google backup settings.

Google Play Games and public rankings

The Android app integrates Google Play Games Services for player authentication and leaderboards. When configured and authenticated, the app uses your Play Games player ID and submits total scores, streak values and daily challenge completion times to Google. Public rankings display the Play Games display name, score and position, according to your Google profile visibility settings. Your local Keydoku name and avatar do not replace your Google Play Games identity. Google also collects SDK analytics and diagnostics. The game does not request your friends list or access ordinary Google Drive files. The Saved Games feature is not enabled.

Advertising and network requests

The Android app includes Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google's User Messaging Platform for banner, interstitial and optional rewarded advertising and privacy choices. Production builds use HK Studio’ AdMob ad units. Designated test builds use Google’s demonstration ad units, which do not generate advertising revenue. Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device and account identifiers, ad and app interactions, and diagnostic information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Data is encrypted in transit. Ad requests are gated by the consent status provided by Google. Where required, a consent message is shown and Ad privacy choices is available in Settings. Rewarded ads are optional and rewards are granted only after completion; regular puzzles remain playable when ads are unavailable. Manage or delete your advertising ID through Android's privacy settings. Google controls retention of advertising service data under its policies. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure. The browser preview uses simulated ads. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts. No separate Firebase Analytics integration is included.

App updates

Keydoku checks Google Play for available updates. Google Play processes device metadata, the installed app version, and installed module and asset-pack information to determine update availability and download size. Google documents encryption, no third-party sharing of this update data, and deletion after a fixed retention period. You can decline the update prompt or choose to restart later.

Support and other permissions

If you choose to email support, HK Studio receives the email address and information you include, and uses them to respond and resolve your request. The maintained app does not request camera, microphone, contacts or precise location permissions. Profile nicknames remain on your device. The app does not offer a custom profile-photo upload.

Shared profiles

Online rankings use Firebase Authentication with your Google Play Games identity to authenticate profile access. If you enable Show profile on leaderboard in Profile, Keydoku stores your built-in avatar identifier, self-selected country code, equipped key, collection tier and update timestamp in Cloud Firestore under your Play Games player identifier. Other authenticated players viewing the leaderboard can see these choices alongside your Play Games name and score. Your selected country is a profile preference, not measured device location. Your local nickname, images, email address and full gameplay history are not uploaded to this profile database. Firebase processes identifiers, IP addresses and technical information for authentication and security. Firebase Analytics is not included. Profile choices are used for app functionality and personalization. You can change your choices, turn sharing off, or select Delete online profile in Profile. Turning sharing off queues deletion of your shared profile and its Firebase sign-in account; an internet connection and the matching Play Games account are required to complete deletion. Opening online rankings later may recreate a Firebase sign-in account without publishing your choices. Contact support.keydoku@gmail.com for deletion assistance.

Retention, deletion and your choices

Local records remain until they are reset, app storage is cleared, the app is uninstalled, or device backup restores or removes them. Clearing Android app storage removes local settings and saved progress. Clearing local data does not delete existing Google leaderboard entries. Manage your Google Play Games profile visibility and delete game data through Google Play Games or your Google Account. Contact support for questions or applicable requests concerning support correspondence; applicable legal obligations may require some records to be retained. Offline results may be queued for upload. Daily results are uploaded only within the matching daily ranking period.

Security and Google policies

Google documents HTTPS encryption for Play Games data in transit. No storage or transmission method is guaranteed to be completely secure. HK Studio does not sell your personal information. Google processes its service data under its own privacy policy and settings. See https://policies.google.com/privacy and https://developer.android.com/games/pgs/data-collection for information about those services.

This policy may be revised when the game's features or data practices change. Updated policy text will be made available in the game and on its public privacy-policy page. Privacy contact: support.keydoku@gmail.com. HK Studio, Whitehall, Pennsylvania, USA.
